Candied Pecans

This recipe is from GIMME SOME OVEN. I couldn't seem to copy and paste their name so I apologize for not reproducing it properly

This is the recipe I used to make the pecans for the Kale, Butternut Squash & Chickpea Salad from a previous post. They are beyond delicious.

The ingredients are

pecan halves

egg white

granulated sugar

brown sugar

salt

cayenne
